Getting here

The Riverside is located at the Upper Thames Rowing Club. Access during the Regatta week will be via the tow path that runs from Henley town.

Please note that in 2021 there are no additional parking facilities put in place for the Regatta, we anticipate parking in the town to be extremely limited and very busy. We recommend either arriving in Henley by train or taxi.

Parking

There is no parking at the venue, and very limited parking in Henley town centre.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome in the Riverside Garden, though we ask that they are kept on a lead at all times. Dogs are not permitted in the Riverside Club.

Accessibility

Both the Riverside Garden and the Riverside Club are accessible for wheelchair users, and we have accessible toilet facilities in both spaces. Should you require a vehicle drop off, please make a note on your booking at payment and we will do our best to accommodate.

Bookings

All pre-event table bookings can be made through our ticketing partner Design My Night, follow the link here. We will have a limited number of walk up tables available each day, but we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Food & drink

It is not permitted to bring any food or drink in from outside the venues. We have well stocked bar facilities and a range of exciting food traders to choose from whilst in the venue.

Dress code

Dress to suit the occasion! Whilst there is no formal dress code, we ask guests not to wear denim, shorts, active wear or trainers when visiting us at the Regatta.

Opening hours

The Riverside Garden will be open from 11am to 8pm daily during the Regatta.

The Riverside Club will be open from 11am to 11pm Wednesday to Saturday, and 11am to 8pm on Sunday.

Covid-19

Although we hope that the event will be operating in Stage 4 of the government restrictions, we have measures in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for all attending. We will have increased hand washing facilities, socially distanced layouts and should we need to, we have facilities in place to operate as a full table service venue.
